Skincare Products Policy
1. Product Selection
Customers are advised to choose products carefully, taking into consideration:
- Their individual skin type and skin barrier condition
- Any known allergies or sensitivities
2. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in cases of a verified allergic reaction.
To initiate a claim, customers must:
- Provide photographic evidence of the allergic reaction.
- Submit this evidence via email to beautilase@gmail.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
3. Returns
If a return is approved:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
- Returns must be received by Beautilase within 7 days of delivery.
- Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.
- Beautilase reserves the right to review and verify all claims before issuing a refund or replacement.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Beautilase shall not be held liable for any adverse skin reactions, irritations, or sensitivities resulting from:
- The use or misuse of its products
- Undisclosed allergies or pre-existing skin conditions
- Failure to follow recommended usage instructions
- By purchasing from Beautilase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are using products at their own discretion and responsibility.
