Skincare Products Policy

1. Product Selection

  Customers are advised to choose products carefully, taking into consideration:

  • Their individual skin type and skin barrier condition
  • Any known allergies or sensitivities

2. Refunds and Exchanges

  Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in cases of a verified allergic reaction.

  To initiate a claim, customers must:

  •  Provide photographic evidence of the allergic reaction.
  •  Submit this evidence via email to beautilase@gmail.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Returns

  If a return is approved:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be received by Beautilase within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Beautilase reserves the right to review and verify all claims before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  Beautilase shall not be held liable for any adverse skin reactions, irritations, or sensitivities resulting from:

  • The use or misuse of its products
  • Undisclosed allergies or pre-existing skin conditions
  • Failure to follow recommended usage instructions
  • By purchasing from Beautilase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are using products at their own discretion and responsibility.
